  1. assist stone technicians in cleaning, repolishing, stain removal, regrouting, crack repairs , and other floor maintenance tasks ( hard floor or wall coverings, including counter tops in commercial and residential buildings with installed marbles, granite, other natural stones.
  2. preferablly, also, able to operate floor polishers, buffing machine or burnishers,  and/or other cleaning tools/gadgets in order to perform above job descriptions (item nos. 1 above);
  3. On-the-job apprentices are encouraged to learn along the way, and should be able to upskill or re-skill their abilities/proficiency to do their assigned job effectively later on

Qualifications/Requirements

  1. able to operate safely power tools, floor polishers, buffing machines or burnishers, and other tools of trade on floor maintenance, cleaning and repairs
  2. able to follow specific instructions and procedures related to the jobs/tasks assigned to him by the supervisor;
  3. able-bodied, fit-to-work, and in case of lack of needed know-how or related experiences, applicant must be willing to upskill/re-skill through in-house or on-the-job training/apprentice to be able to perform the tasks to be assigned by the Company project-in-charge/supervisor;
  4. Team player and able to follow instructions, and work procedures at site;

  1. preferabl,y, applicants must have already previous experiences on doing above-mentioned job description in any of commercial residential establishments in Metro Manila. If none, corresponding free training/orientation will be given by the Company.
  2. must have work discipline/ethics, a team player , and mindful  in following procedures and instructions
