• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or equivalent professional-level experience.
• A Graduate of Civil Engineering is an advantage (licensed or not can apply)
• 3-5 years of experience in facilities and building maintenance.
• Knowledge of general maintenance methods, operating requirements, and safety precautions related to facilities management.
• Knowledge in permits processing including documents needed for compliance in applying for building and renovation.
• Has network of connection in government, private agencies and contractors
• Knows STAAD, Sketch Up and can prepare reports like budget comparison, in house estimates and lay out designs
• Communication skills, identifying hazards and responding in crisis,
• Time management, creating and managing a budget, analytical thinking
• Honest, hardworking, can work with less supervision, positive attitude
