• Carry out electrical and system works using hand tools or power tools.
• Check wiring and electric status for danger and faults.
• Fit electrical system and equipment according to project specifications.
• Maintain tools and equipment.
• Willing to work overtime

• Report to the superiors for maintenance work daily/weekly/monthly
• Perform all work in a manner that meets and follows electrical codes, drawings, and standards
• Install or repair electrical outlets, lighting fixtures, conduit, wiring, motor controllers and related equipment in accordance with the National Electrical Code
• Receive work order assignments, order materials, and complete tasks accurately
• A working knowledge of, and the physical ability to install, three phase branch circuits utilizing, but not limited to, rigid EMT conduit and flexible BX/MC conduit
• Performs or assists with installation and checkout of electric and electronic components for systems and service installed jobs and service agreements associated with automatic building control systems, fire management, security CCTV, audio and energy management systems
• Perform inspections and repairs on fire alarm systems on campus, including the repair/replacement of the fire alarm panel, pull stations, smoke detectors and other devices related to the fire detection and CCTV systems in the building .
