Roll, cut, and shape dough according to the standard sizes before placing it in pans, molds, or on sheets for proofing.
Prepare and make other pastries including toasted, and banana cupcakes, etc.
Prepare special order cakes based on customers’ preferences
Strictly adhere to food preparation guidelines
Clean and maintain baking equipment including ovens, mixing machine, dough roller, dough cutter, proofer, etc.
Put away all baking equipment in the washing area after duty including cookie sheet pan, pastries and bread pan molder, knife, etc.
Attend the daily huddles and monthly meetings
Report any issue to the Floor leader
Perform any other related tasks that may be assigned by the management.
