JOB DESCRIPTION
- To perform skin, body and/or hair analysis to customers
- To provide valuable advices to customers in a professional manner and recommend suitable treatment packages to customers
- To perform course treatments, not limited to skin, body or hair
- To attend to incoming calls and arranging appointments
- Meet branch sales quota.
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing Department on the execution and evaluation of sales and promotion activities.
- To handle of Service & Sales (S&S) orientated environment
- To be able to provide and monitor daily, weekly and monthly sales report of the branch
- Handle customers feedback and service recovery.
- Manage staff performance and discipline.
- Other ad-hocs as assigned by management
