Overseeing the Branch Recruitment Team.
Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance.
Review recruitment software and suggest the best option for company needs.
Conduct final interviews of potential applicants before endorsing those who meet the criteria.
Manage online job postings in coordination with the Marketing Department.
Perform tasks assigned by the top management, overseeing branch.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Graduates of any Bachelor of Science or any related course
• Must have excellent verbal and written communications skill
• Must have excellent comprehension skills
• Must have strong decision-making skills
• Must be resourceful, highly organized, and committed
• Familiarity with social media and other professional networks
