JOB PURPOSE:
The Branch Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the branch and its employees including sales,
credit investigation, collection, after-sales service, and administrative functions. This involves leading a team,
driving sales targets, ensuring efficient credit and collection processes, and overseeing administrative
operations to support overall branch performance. The main objective of the branch manager is to deliver the
set sales and collection target of the branch.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. BRANCH OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT:
Oversee branch performance, personnel management, policy compliance, and administrative tasks.
Implement compliance with opening and closing memos and company policies.
Monitor staff attendance, leaves, and work schedules, taking appropriate action as needed.
2. LEADERSHIP AND DEVELOPMENT:
Lead, motivate, and coach branch employees for exceptional customer service and target
achievement.
Conduct regular meetings, and performance reviews, and recommend training and development
opportunities.
Oversee disciplinary actions and facilitate discussion of memorandums to ensure understanding and
compliance.
3. SALES AND MARKETING:
Develop and execute sales strategies for units, parts, and services.
Propose monthly marketing activities to boost inquiries and sales.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust
strategies accordingly.
4. CREDIT AND COLLECTIONS MANAGEMENT:
Ensure accuracy of Credit Application Forms and adherence to the 5Cs of credit.
Monitor accounts and review collection strategies to achieve targets.
Collaborate with collection officers on payment issues, verify itineraries and allowances, and
ensure maintenance schedules are followed.
5. ADMINISTRATIVE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE:
Implement and enforce administrative processes, including inventory management, registration,
record keeping, and reporting.
Coordinate warranty claims, service appointments, and repairs for prompt customer issue
resolution.
Act as a reliever in the absence of subordinates to ensure efficient task completion.
