BRANCH MANAGER

The Branch manager leads and directs both sales and operations of SMX Bacolod to ensure that target revenue is achieved for all new businesses as well as repeat accounts. 

• Shows awareness of markets and ensures up-to-date knowledge of competitive environment
• Demonstrates an awareness of new business opportunities and seizes and acts upon them
• Equips self-knowledge on financial issues such as revenue enhancement, costs, profits/ losses cash flow, etc. 
• Identifies opportunities to ensure sustainable profit growth is achieved through implementing cost-effective methods. 
• Allocates efficient and effective management of money/funds in such a manner of accomplishing the objectives of the branch.
