Job Description

Oversees the operations of the branch. Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy department,
ensuring appropriate stock levels, accurate record-keeping, and appropriate practices in patient care
 Managing resources and staff, developing and attaining sales goals, delivering customer service, and
growing the location's revenues.
 Oversee all day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including customer interactions and problem
resolution
 Oversee the performance of other employees who work in their branches.
 Multitask and delegate duties to employees where appropriate.
 Create staffing schedules to ensure maximum coverage
 Oversee the procurement and supply of medicines
 Monitors product movement. Over all in charge of the product inventory. Ensure proper stocks levels,
make adjustments to suit the pharmacy’s needs.
 Lead, coach, mentor and develop your team to deliver high performance
 Assessing and identifying new opportunities for growth in current and prospective markets.
 Ensuring sales targets are met, staff training, marketing, and administration.
 Ensure an appropriate level of safe, competent, and professional services are provided to the public
consistent with the Act, bylaws, Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.
 Implement processes and procedures to support the pharmacy staff and protect the public.
 Responsible for the operation of the pharmacy and the laboratory and enjoys professional autonomy
in providing pharmacy services to the public consistent with the Code of Ethics and Standards of
Practice.
 Ensure that each member working in the pharmacy and laboratory is registered as a practicing
member.
 Training existing employees, auditing clinic operations, establishing a budget, reviewing treatment
plans, or communicating with executives.
 Managing facility operations to ensure long-term success and connect patients with optimal treatment
modalities.
 Releasing staff members when necessary.
 Training existing employees in any new policies, procedures, or standards to be implemented across
the entire clinic.
 Analyzing data trends, including any correlation between treatment types and patient outcomes, to
develop a better understanding of overall facility efficiency.
 Organizing clinical records, patient health records, and other essential documents and resources.
 Solving patient problems in a way that complements the mission of your clinic.
 Implementing any updates in healthcare standards.
 Communicating with clinic employees, including all medical professionals, fellow managers, and
executives.
 Keep accurate records of stock, patient information, and prescriptions
 Make sure that customers are prescribed the correct medicine
 Responsible in the preparation and the submission of the monthly reports on sales and other reports
requested by the management.
 Assist in the onboarding process of new hires. Train employees and evaluate their performances to
determine areas of improvement.
 Ensure the pharmacy complies with the government authorities. Ensuring all company activities adhere
to legal guidelines and policies.
 Communicate effectively with customers relating to queries and issues
 Ensure staff provide high standards of customer service to customers
 Instruct staff to interact professionally and courteously to customers at all times
 Ensures clinic flow efficiency including financial efficiency.
 Develops strategic plans to enhance growth in business.
 Handles and resolves patients’ complaints/grievance as per policies and procedures.  Monitors
productivity and receivables.
 Seeks opportunity to collaborate with other agencies in promoting the clinics services.
 Ensure the clinics site and medical records are always prepare for audits.
 Develops and implements clinic protocols.
 Ensures dissemination of information to the clinic staff about the clinics protocols.
 Attends Management, Staff and QA meetings and other meetings as requested.
 Maintains confidentiality.
 Maintain a positive working relationship with staff.
 Plan, organize and direct daily clinic activities.
 Ensure all compliance and quality requirements are met.
 Designing business strategies and plans to meet the company goals.
 Making sure that the company has sufficient resources such as personnel, material, and equipment.
 Developing a comprehensive company budget and performing periodic budget analyses.
 Assessing overall branch performance.
 Ensure the clinic site, medical & pharmacy records, sales reports and stock forms are always prepare
for audits.
 Make sure that memorandums released by the management is ready and understood by all staff under
his/her supervision.
 Attends trainings and meetings.
 Create new policies and procedures and ensure they make staff aware of new changes
 Ensure the healthcare facility is following healthcare regulations
 Update patient medical records
 Mediator when conflict arises within the branch.
 Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues by checking the branch to ensure
functionality

Qualifications/Requirements

 Graduate of any 4 year business course.
o With at least a year experience as manager.
o With excellent communication, analytical and managerial skills.
o With background in sales & marketing.
o Sales oriented and sales driven.
o Excellent customer service.
o Good multi-tasking and organizational ability.
o Honest, positive and hard-working attitude.
o Willing to undergo training.
