  • Oversee day to day operations, ensuring smooth execution across staffing. 
  • Monitor and drive sales performance to meet/exceed targets. 
  • Analyze sales data and create initiatives to improve profitability. 
  • Uphold high standard of customer service. 
  • Monitor incoming and outgoing stock to ensure accurate tracking. 
  • Generate reports to track branch performance and profitability. 
  • Implement company policies, procedures and memos. 
  • Ensure all health, safety and security standards are followed. 


Qualifications/Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Graduate of any business course
  • Proven experience in retail or branch management (e.g. home furnishing industry)
  • Knowledgeable in sales, inventory and financial management.
  • Strong leadership skills & communications skills.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting, sales analytics and budget management.
