  1. •  Manage daily field operations: Oversee deliveries, routes, and drivers.
    •  Lead and supervise staff: Hire, train, and manage couriers.
    •  Ensure timely deliveries: Monitor schedules and customer satisfaction.
    •  Coordinate with dispatch: Communicate between field and office teams.
    •  Handle customer issues: Resolve delivery-related complaints.
    •  Ensure safety compliance: Enforce traffic and safety rules for drivers.
    •  Maintain vehicles: Track vehicle performance and maintenance.
    •  Drive sales growth: Attract new customers and expand business.
    •  Report field performance: Provide feedback on operations to management.

Qualifications/Requirements

• High school graduate or college level
Preferably Male with own Motorcycle
• Atleast PRO Drivers License
• NO visible tattoos
• Can drive manually (L300 VAN)
• Can pick-up and deliver
