Branch Manager is a Leadership role AIA Philippines. We are looking for a leader who will build his/her own team of Financial Advisors who provides sound financial advise to clients, both individuals and corporate, appropriate to their financial goals in terms of income protection, health, education and retirement funding, investments and estate planning.
Key Responsibilities:
· Undergo and complete all training programs and be up to date with industry development.
· Continuous prospecting for potential recruits through different sources which
Includes but not limited to social media and job posting platforms.
· Conduct a well-structured exploratory meeting with prospective recruits, identify the thread of discontent and be able to position the career as primary or secondary source of income.
· Role model to his team of Financial Advisors the proper management of leading behaviors
of sales process, from prospecting, engaging, presentation and handling objection, product mastery to closing, contributing to the organization’s overall sales objective.
· Ensure on boarding and activation of each team member by consistently monitoring and managing their sales activities and provide timely feedback.
