  • Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration and sales
  • Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
  • Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans
  • Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately
  • Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation
  • Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
  • Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
  • In-charge of Showroom
  • In-charge of the attendance of the employees
  • In-charge in the disciplinary actions of the employees
  • Sales target
  • In-charge of the marketing activities
  • In-Charge of the sales program
  • In-charge of the monthly/weekly reports and meetings
  • Issues and concerns must be report to the main office
  • Monitoring of service concerns
  • Inventory Management

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Preferably a Bachelor's Degree holder in any Automotive Field
  • With a minimum 2 years experience in sales operations
  • With excellent leadership skills
  • Willing to relocate in Iloilo City
