EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is a plus but not required.
Experience:
3-4 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting, preferably in the BPO sector or a similar remote environment.
Familiarity with the lifts, elevator, or manufacturing industry is preferred.
Experience using accounting software and other financial management tools.
Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other data management tools.
Knowledge of financial software systems Ability to work with cloud-based tools and maintain virtual files.
Soft Skills:
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients remotely.
Industry Knowledge:
Basic understanding of the lifts/elevators industry, including common financial practices, revenue cycles, and operational structures.
