The Boiler Operator is responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting boilers and related equipment to ensure efficient and safe steam generation. This role ensures compliance with safety standards, preventive maintenance schedules, and operational procedures to support plant operations.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Must be a Mechanical Engineering graduate

    • With at least two (2) years of refrigeration experience or equivalent education preferred
    • With machine maintenance experienced
    • Basic knowledge of GMP & in troubleshooting
    • Experience in boiler operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
    • Knowledge of safety procedures, pressure systems, and water treatment processes
    • Ability to read gauges, control panels, and technical manuals
    • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and emergency call-outs as needed
    • Physical ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and working in high-temperature environments
