The Boiler Manager plays a key leadership role within the sugar manufacturing plant, overseeing the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of boiler systems. Responsible for managing all aspects of boiler operations, maintenance, compliance, and optimization, the Boiler Manager ensures adherence to regulatory standards, fosters a culture of safety, and drives continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reliability.
Responsibilities:
1. Boiler Operations Management:
• Supervise and coordinate daily boiler operations to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Monitor boiler parameters, analyze performance data, and implement corrective actions as needed to maintain efficiency and compliance.
• Develop and implement operational procedures, protocols, and best practices to enhance boiler performance and safety.
• Utilize advanced analytical tools and methodologies to interpret boiler performance data, identify trends, and implement optimization strategies.
• Conduct root cause analysis and problem-solving exercises to address complex boiler-related challenges and improve operational efficiency.
2. Maintenance Program Oversight:
• Establish and oversee comprehensive boiler maintenance programs, including preventive maintenance schedules, predictive maintenance techniques, and corrective maintenance strategies.
• Coordinate maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability.
• Ensure compliance with maintenance procedures, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.

• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards in all boiler operations and maintenance activities.
