  • Generate and issue accurate billing invoices based on warehouse releases.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to validate item quantities and delivery records.
  • Maintain up-to-date billing files and logs for audit purposes.
  • Reconcile discrepancies between delivery receipts and billing statements.
  • Submit billing reports and summaries to accounting and project management teams.
  • Assist in monitoring account receivables related to warehouse dispatches.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Graduate of any business-related course.
  • At least 1 year of experience in billing or accounting, preferably in construction or logistics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and billing software.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
