Job Summary:
Responsible in welcoming all guests to the hotel as well as bidding them farewell. Escorts guests from and to their accommodations and assists them in any way to make them feel more comfortable in accordance with the standard set by the hotel.

Job Description:

• Ensure that luggage are delivered, collected and stored accurately and promptly all the time.
• Attend to guest requests, inquiries and promote hotel products to guests.
• Conduct Bell service activities such as luggage service upon guest’s arrival and departure as well as the luggage storage, message service, fax delivery, parcel and mail hand-over, information service and other related tasks.
• Open guest’s service vehicle in a professional manner at the main entrance of the hotel.
• Extend warm welcome and appreciation to every guest.
• Sending the guest to his room in a professional way which includes addressing the guest by name, holding the lift for guest and extending hotel introduction to guest.
• Have good product knowledge and doing effort to sell the hotel at each customer contact.
• Assisting in guest transportation like hailing a taxi.
• Responsible for the cleanliness of the counter and the surrounding environment.
• In-charge of the lighting of the lobby, turning it on and off periodically and/or on its schedule.
• Distributing the newspaper to designated areas.
• Extend assistance to guest request.
• Maintain professional image while on duty - well groomed, hygiene and the prescribed uniform.
• Always concern with security, environment and energy conservation issues in the daily work.
• Perform other duties instructed by the immediate head or supervisor.
