Job Description:

As a Beauty Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and expertise in beauty products. Your role is to primarily assists the clients in achieving their beauty goals by providing outstanding recommendation and product demonstration.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Excellent Customer Consultation with clients to understand their skincare concerns, makeup preference, and beauty goals
  • Has a strong Product Knowledge, as well as updated in the latest beauty product lines and trends.
  • Teaching the clients in proper use of skincare routines and makeup application techniques to be able to achieve their desired results
  • Ensuring that the beauty products are displayed properly and adequately stocked to optimize visibility and attract sales opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing their inquiries, concerns, or complaints in a professional manner and to be able to build a long-term relationship with the clients

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:

  • With or Without Experience in Sales with beauty retail, skincare, or makeup application.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a pleasing personality
  • Passionate for the beauty industry is an advantage
  • Strong in Hardcore Selling and Customer Orientation
  • Willing to work within Mall Hours and be Trained
  • Willing to be assigned in Malls throughout Metro Manila
