· Mixes, prepares, and serves drinks to members and guests and mixes and prepares drinks ordered by food servers and beverage servers according to the approved recipes
· Work towards the timely set up of the bar areas and the completion of all mise en place works, in line with the opening hours
· Reports complaints to a manager as soon as they occur.
· Maintains and cleans bar area and equipment.
· Achieve total guest satisfaction and organizational profitability through effective utilization of all resources
· Checking identification to ensure customers are of the legal age to purchase alcohol.
· Developing new cocktail recipes.
· Keeping a well-stocked bar with an adequate supply of liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, napkins, straws, glassware, and other accessories
· Adhering to all food safety and quality regulations.
· Assessing customer preferences and making drink recommendations
