A Bartender has a wide range of responsibilities, including but not limited to the following:
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards.
  • Ensure proper mixing, garnishing, and presentation of drinks to maintain high-quality service.
  • Engage with customers, offering drink recommendations based on preferences and current offerings.
  • Manage bar inventory, monitor stock levels, and restock supplies as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
  • Adhere to all alcohol service regulations and company policies to ensure responsible service.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Experience as a bartender or a solid understanding of mixology principles.
  • Strong knowledge of alcoholic beverages, cocktails, and drink recipes.
  • Certification in responsible alcohol service is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
