  • Assist the Bar Captain and/or Bar TL with day-to-day operation of the bar

    • Ensure work place safety practice is adhered to, especially when operating bar equipment
    • Prepare, present and serve beverages efficiently according to established standard
    • Maintains high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness in bar area

    Qualifications/Requirements

    • At least 1 years of related experience (Bar/All Day Dining) in 5 Stars Hotel /reputable restaurant
    • Basic bartending skills and product knowledge of beverages
    • Good communication skill and Fluent in English
    • Knowledge of Bar operation and establish cocktail product
    • Must have knowledge food and beverage preparation and service of various alcoholic beverages
    • Basic customer service skills
