Job Description

  • New Hire Training: Develop and deliver engaging and effective training programs for new service crew members at training center, covering all aspects of customer service, product knowledge, food safety, and operational procedures.  SOP Compliance Audits:  Conduct regular, unannounced audits at various branches to assess adherence to established Standard
  • Operating Procedures (SOPs) for food preparation, service delivery, cleanliness, hygiene, and customer
  • interaction.  Observe crew performance during audits, identify areas for improvement, and provide constructive
  • feedback to branch managers and crew members.  Conduct on-site refresher training sessions for existing staff based on audit findings or new policy
  • implementations.  Address operational challenges and non-compliance issues identified during audits, working with branch
  • teams to implement effective solutions.  Extensive travel to various branches and potentially nearby provinces as required.  Can perform other administrative task based on manager’s discretion.  Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of training attendance, audit findings, and corrective
  • actions. Prepare comprehensive reports for management on compliance levels and training effectiveness. Collaborate with management to review, update, and develop new SOPs to ensure they are current, efficient, and aligned with best practices.  Manpower Support: Provide hands-on assistance to branches experiencing temporary manpower shortages, stepping in to support front-of-house or back-of-house operations as required to maintain service levels.

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or a related field.  Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the Food and Beverage (F&B) industry, specifically in operations, training, or a supervisory role.  Proven experience in conducting training sessions for operational staff.  Demonstrated experience in conducting field work, including audits, site visits, or similar operational oversight roles.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.  Strong understanding of F&B operations, including food safety standards, hygiene practices, customer service protocols, and inventory management
 At least personal motorcycle with a valid driver's license and be willing to use it for daily travel to different
branches.
