Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the Food and Beverage (F&B) industry, specifically in operations, training, or a supervisory role. Proven experience in conducting training sessions for operational staff. Demonstrated experience in conducting field work, including audits, site visits, or similar operational oversight roles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino. Strong understanding of F&B operations, including food safety standards, hygiene practices, customer service protocols, and inventory management
At least personal motorcycle with a valid driver's license and be willing to use it for daily travel to different
branches.
