 Barista is typically involves preparing and serving coffee and other beverages, while also providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. They may also be responsible for handling cash transactions, stocking supplies, and explaining menu items

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!  
  • Previous experience as a barista/cashier, food server, or service crew is an advantage, but not required  
  • Minimum of a high school diploma  
  • NCII Barista Certificate is an advantage, but not required  
  • Strong verbal communication and customer service skills  
  • Ability to quickly learn coffee-making techniques and POS systems  
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented attitude  
  • Ability to remain composed and professional in high-pressure situations  
  • Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment  
  • Flexible and willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends, holidays, and graveyard shifts  
  • Eager to assist with various tasks to ensure smooth store operations
