DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To keep the quality of coffee products in accordance with The Abaca Group coffee program standards.
Assures that equipment, tools and other utensils and gadgets used in all coffee products of the The Abaca Group are ready, clean and in good working condition prior to operation/shift.
Monitors supply of bar and coffee products, paying particular attention to the maintenance of standard inventory stock level and informs his/her immediate supervisor of supplies/stocks or items for replenishment or for requisition from Central Warehouse.
Interacts and cooperates with other guests and other F&B outlets/sections as appropriate.
To perform any additional duties/tasks given by the immediate head or head.
