SHARETEA ILOCOS is looking for a BARISTA who is passionate about food and beverage preparation and education.

BARISTA who prepares and serve foods and drinks, maintains a clean and well-stocked workspace and dining area and continuously expand knowledge of food and beverage quality controls, preparation methods and presentation.


As a BARISTA, you should be committed to providing customers with excellent service, should be positive, friendly knowledgeable and polite

Qualifications/Requirements

BARISTA

  • Candidate must possess Bachelor's degree in food and beverages service management, Hospitality Management, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate
  • Experience in food and beverage preparation is an advantage
  • Exceptional listening and communication skills
  • Availability to work around peak hours, including nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Willingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment.
