BANQUET SUPERVISOR

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise and coordinate activities of the Cafe.
• Assign duties, workstations, and responsibilities to staff and direct their performances
• Requisition supplies, such as glassware, chinaware, and silverware.
• Authorize staff to work overtime.
• Trains new waiters on Hotel policies and processes for serving customers.
• Enforce policies and discipline staff.
• Ensures that all work schedules are adhered to, monitoring the attendance of staff.
• Ensure that the hotel brand standards and SOP’s are consistently implemented.
• Work with fellow hotel staff and superiors to ensure that the restaurant outlet/s achieve their full potential in terms of sales and guest satisfaction
• Produce new products and ideas in the Cafe.
• Perform any other duties related to food and beverage service assigned by the F&B Head.
