JOB SUMMARY:
In charge in the execution of efficient service delivery of basic frontline tellering functions, acceptance/receipts and payments and other functions over the counter, in the branch of assignment, either temporary or on permanent basis, with emphasis on the observance and compliance to regulations, policies and procedures, whether internal or external including the adherence to the code of ethics.
DETAILED FUNCTIONS:
1. Services clients and greets all clients transacting at the counter with a smile and warm disposition using the standard greeting spiel for frontliners. After service is rendered to the client, verbally expresses thanks with a smile
2. Executes regular and assigned functions in strict adherence to existing rules and regulations, whether internal or from regulators and delivers the services in a timely, competent and friendly manner.
3. Acts as a primary holder of Vault teller user ID as designated by the BOO and validates cash transfer from/ to Vault and Cash Center in BDS-SIBS system subject to officers override.
4. Acts as alternate custodian of keys and combinations, as may be designated by the Area Head, in accordance with the custodianship matrix of the bank.
