Job Description

The Customer Sales and Service Associate - CSSA (Bank Teller) provides competent, caring, fast and accurate service to client's banking needs in line with the Bank's overall objective of service excellence.
Specific Functions:
1. Processing over-the-counter transactions such as cash and check deposits, withdrawals, encashment, payments and miscellaneous transactions
2. Assisting UNIPRO for certain activities such as scanning, filing of signature cards and other bank documents
2. Reviewing all check transactions and verifying authenticity of all notes received
3. Cross-selling to existing clients of the branch
4. Referring transacting clients who have queries or are interested in other bank products
5. Continuously providing a WOW Customer Experience to all transacting clients
6. Performing other functions that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in any field, preferably business-related
• No work experience required but experience in customer service is an advantage
• Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
• High level of initiative and innovation
• Ability to work well with people from various socio-economic classes.
