Job Description

JOB TITLE: SERVICE OFFICER 

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible or overseeing the daily operations of tellering, cashiering and ATM operations of the branch. Ensures prompt and efficient service delivery in compliance with the bank's service standards and internal control. Responsible for the daily operations of the Marketing Section of the branch and provides assistance to the Branch Head in marketing the Bank's products and services.

Qualifications/Requirements

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
    • Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job preferably a Business course
    • Preferably at least one (1) year of experience in administration in the industry, bank, or any financial institution preferably in branch operations
