Job Description

Chief Baker

  • Supervise bakery production on board vessel, throughout the day and ensure a top quality product.
  • Follow through with all instructions given by the Executive-Chef de Cuisine and the Executive-Sous-Chef.
  • Coordinate the daily operation of the bakery with subordinates and react as the business demands .
  • Monitor the quality of bakery products served to guests at all times and maintain the highest standard.
  • Check on provisions, on storing day.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • At least 10 years experience of baking in a 5 star hotel.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules.
  • Certificate in Culinary or Baking.
