  • Responds to service calls and performs corrective maintenance in accordance with the Manuals, established Procedures, Work instructions, and Engineering guidelines.
    • Investigates, evaluates and analyzes the cause/s of the problem using prescribed diagnostic tools such as but not limited to Multi-tester, battery tester and others as applicable and reflects the findings and recommendations on the Diagnostic Report form.
    • Discusses and deliberates with the Chief Mechanic and or with the Motorpool Supervisor the result of the diagnostic activity.
    • Coordinates, and collaborates with Technical staff for materials acquisition for the needed materials for requisition.
    • Performs mechanic and technical skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, and electronics to conduct troubleshooting and repair of Vehicle and or Engine-driven machineries found to be out of order and or outside the established operating parameters in accordance with the Vehicle Manual, Work Instructions, and Engineering guidelines.

    Qualifications/Requirements

    • Educational Background High school diploma or equivalent, supplemented by training in automotive equipment maintenance and repair.

      • Experience 2 years of experience in the maintenance and repair of all types of light and heavy equipment. Know’s how to drive and NC2 passer is an advantage.
      • Licenses/Certifications Required Having a Driver’s license is an advantage.
