  Job Responsibilities:
  
  
  • Produces layout or detail components to resolve design, shop and as-built drawing problems.
  • Consults Lead CADD Operator and coordinates with other CADD operator/detailer re: layout, or detail components/systems and to resolve drawing issues.
  • Prepares, produces and reproduces drawing as required in acquiring applicable permits.
  • Modifies and revises drawings as instructed by Lead CADD Operator.
  • Produces drawings using computer-assisted drafting systems (CAD) or drafting machines, or by hand using compasses, dividers, protractors, triangles and other drafting devices.
  • Conducts field surveys. inspections or technical investigations to obtain data required to revise construction & as-built drawings.
  • Lays out and draws sketches, orthographic, or angle views to depict functional relationships of components systems.
  • Produces and duplicates drawings and documentation packages, according to required media and specifications for reproduction using blueprinting, photography, or other duplicating methods.
  • Produces documentation packages and drawing sets which are then checked and assembled by the Lead CADD Operator, Engineer or Architect.
  • Abides to all the company policies, procedures and business ethics,
  • Performs other job-related duties assigned by Lead Cadd Operator/Design Manager/Project Development Manager.
