AUTOCAD OPERATOR

The AutoCAD Operator is responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of CAD drawings and other visualization outputs as may be required for various projects.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Generates and/or digitize existing site base maps or create layers to superimpose on these base maps.
• Plots survey coordinates/points to a map or changing titles and figure numbers to ensure accuracy of outputs.
• Manages map layers correctly to ensure the long-term usefulness of the AutoCAD system for any site.
• Produces drawing sets for engineering designs to deliver effective visualizations.
• Adheres to versioning system between Manila and the US teams to ensure the CAD systems are updated and consistent.
• Analyzes requirements and submits queries and/or escalates issues to immediate superior.
• Adheres to quality control measures.
• Ensures that all relevant process documents, forms, and records are maintained and backed up to prevent data loss.
• Quickly accumulates knowledge and expertise on clients and projects requiring support.
• Maintains asset and file archiving in accordance with established guidelines and applicable record retention requirements to meet compliance requirements.
• Provides other visualizations as may be required from time to time using specialized software.
• Performs other tasks, such as data tabulation, mapping, and research, to support various projects.
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
• Establishes and implements a development plan for team members that may include training and coaching, and other development strategies.
• Ensures compliance with company rules and regulations.
• Ensures compliance with all Non-Conformity Corrective Action Preventive Action Concessions (NCAPACs) and all other audit findings within the prescribed period.
• Reports security incidents and/or any identified security weaknesses.
