1. Oversees the implementation and progress of projects assigned to him.
2. Coordinates with project representatives or officers regarding problems arising from actual project lay-out.
3. Supervises or conducts field surveys, inspections or technical investigations to obtain data required to supervise construction drawings.
4. Prepares detailed drawings of architectural design and civil engineering requirements and specifications.
5. Processes shop drawing approval.
6. Supervises several projects (2-3 projects) at a time on a single or various locations.
7. Prepares billing for quantity estimate.
8. Ensures safety of manpower and equipment under his care.
9. Prepares material requisition, and work schedules and submits the same to the superior for approval.
10. Monitors employee overtime and prepares a summary for timekeeping purposes and submits the same to the superior for approval.
11. Supervises critical and non-critical area locations with minimum supervision from superior.
12. Reports regularly to superior for project development.
13. Conducts safety education together with the Safety Engineer in toolbox meetings.
14. Controls and monitors performance of subordinates and recommends transfer, promotion, regularization, or disciplinary action of staff.
15. Makes revisions of shop drawing as per requirement of clients and/or supervisor.
16. Performs other related duties that may be assigned by superiors.
