1. Provide hands-on repairs and works as instructed by the Repair Orders or by their supervisors in compliance with the Principal’s Repair Instructions.
2. Knowledgeable with the use of diagnostic equipment, workshop tools, and facilities to perform their repair works.
3. Should learn the work procedure with minimal mistakes and errors, and less supervision.
4. Should be able to generate reports of the work performed when required by other departments.
5. Learn the technical specifications of different models, and be able to explain them.
6. Recommend workshop tools and equipment that conform to manufacturer specification needed in the dealership
