About the Role:
This dynamic role manages customer-facing, administrative, and inventory tasks. Strong organizational and communication skills are key factors to succeed in this role. The functions included are as follows:
- Receiving customers upfront and assisting in coordinating necessary repairs and billing customers out.
- Cashiering and Petty Cash releasing.
- Keeping accurate records of all inventory supplies, parts, and tools, ensuring an organized stock room, sourcing parts, processing orders, releasing parts, and checking deliveries.
- Managing stock levels to ensure the availability of parts and avoid overstocking.
-Preparing reports and recommendations to management to improve operations
-Assisting in other administrative tasks to support day-to-day operations.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
- Preferably with experience in the Automotive Industry

Work Schedule: Mondays to Saturdays, 8 AM to 5 PM
