• Teach advanced and specialised courses and contribute to curriculum development and academic innovation.
• Supervise student research in academic and professional development.
• Lead or co-lead research projects that demonstrate scholarly impact and align with institutional priorities.
• Take on leadership roles in committees, program administration, or academic policy development.
• Pursue advanced academic and industry engagement to sustain thought leadership in one’s field.
• Lead or initiate community and industry partnerships that generate social or scholarly value.
• Model ethical conduct, academic excellence, and inclusive leadership across the academic community.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Completed post-graduate education with at least 5 years of teaching experience in Higher Education Institutions or AACSB-accredited schools.
• Relevant professional experience in the field of specialisation.
• Scholarly publications in peer-reviewed journals and another research-related achievement.
• Experience in curriculum planning and managing programs is highly desirable.
