We are seeking a Senior AVP-Account Management to join our dynamic team in Clark, Philippines. This pivotal leadership role will drive our fintech initiatives and shape the future of our organization in the rapidly evolving financial technology landscape.

  • Senior AVP - Account Management
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to advance our fintech offerings and market position
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative fintech solutions that meet customer needs and regulatory requirements
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and potential risks
  • Oversee the development and implementation of fintech products and services
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives within the organization
  • Collaborate with C-level executives to align fintech strategies with overall business objectives
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to maximize ROl on fintech investments

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Advanced degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in the fintech industry, with at least 8 years in senior management roles
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing fintech strategies
  • Strong understanding of financial services, digital banking, and emerging technologies
  • Experience managing headcount of 2000+ FTE
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance in the fintech sector
