Job Description

• Manage a team of recruiters supporting the Philippines region across businesses for Tech and Non-Tech hiring requirements
• Develop and implement programs to ensure the company recruitment delivery requirements are met
• Ensure recruiters operate effectively, efficiently and in accordance with internal policy and governmental requirements, and that company behavioral expectations are met.
• Determine appropriate strategies to develop and implement innovative sourcing practices.
• Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development in Talent Acquisition functional area.
• Develop effective working relationships with business and HR leadership, as well as internal partners to ensure seamless delivery to the business.
• Determine and implement strategies to strengthen the brand of the Company in the local market.
• Ensure strategic alignment with overall human capital, diversity and business strategies and ensure compliance with policy and regulatory requirements throughout the group.
• Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including more experienced managers of broader Talent Acquisition function.
• Continuously review and improve the candidate experience.
• Manage all our external partnerships including campuses, vendors and others.
• Continuously review and improve all hiring related metrics.

Qualifications/Requirements

Minimum qualifications
• Good experience of leading operations/process for large global clients
• Experience in setting up new teams to build proficiency in an area, shown team working skills and should have worked / led global/virtual and teams with varied strengths.
• Excellent communication and executive presence to connect at senior level and ability to influence those partners
• High Analytical / reasoning skills, should be commercially savvy
• Influencing skills, creative thinking/innovative mind-set, and comfort with operating in a matrixed environment retaining strong focus and accountability for daring business targets.
Preferred Qualification/Skills
• Background in volume hiring and demonstrated success in effectively managing a hiring ramp is preferable.
• An ability to move along the strategic, tactical and operational spectrum with flexibility and ease.
• Strong business partnership and stakeholder management experience in a matrix Organization
• Strong people management experience
• Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment.
• Strong decision-making capability to help drive and solve issues.
• Excellent inter-personal skills with effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to interpret and analyze data and provide appropriate insights.
• Lead your team with integrity and create an environment where your team members feel included, valued, and supported to do work that energizes them.
• Accomplish management responsibilities which include sourcing and hiring talented team members, providing ongoing coaching and feedback, recognizing and developing team members, identifying and managing risks, and completing daily management tasks.
