• Recommends on the strategic programs in implementing business goals in line with the Global Honda direction, with high focus on Manufacturing Operations

• Leads & mentors' local leaders to achieve divisional business goals of the company.
• Establishes strong global network to other Honda subsidiaries among Asia.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Graduate of Bachelor degree w/ Major in Engineering/International Trade/Marketing/Business Management
• Must have an extensive knowledge in sales & manufacturing operations
• Possesses strong business acumen
• Exceptional communication skills: Nihongo (preferably JLPT N2-N1 passer) & English language
