  • Manage staff: Coach and mentor team members, and provide guidance and instruction
  • Manage products: Organize products for display, and ensure stock levels are maintained
  • Manage sales: Process sales, assign sales territories, and build sales plans
  • Manage customer service: Provide excellent customer service, and address customer concerns and needs
  • Manage performance: Understand store and department performance, and identify areas for improvement 

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Male or Female
  • Graduate of any courses
  • With at least 1 year relevant experience
  • Willing to work in shifting schedule
  • With leadership skills
  • Company deployment: Lawson
  • Area of deployment will be Makati, Taguig, Pasig and Mandaluyong.
  • With transportation, meal and load allowance.
