  •  Manage staff: Coach and mentor team members and provide guidance and instruction.

    •  Manage products: Organize products for display and ensure stock levels are maintained.
    •  Manage sales: Process sales, assign sales territories, and build sales plans.
    •  Manage customer service: Provide excellent customer service, and address customer concerns and needs.
    •  Manage performance: Understand store and department performance and identify areas for improvement.

    Qualifications/Requirements

    • Male or Femal
    • Graduate of any courses
    • With at least 1 year relevant experience
    • Willing to work in shifting schedule
    • With leadership skills
    • Company deployment: Lawson
    • Area of deployment will be Makati, Taguig, Pasig and Mandaluyong.
    • With transportation, meal and load allowance.
