Job Description

As Real Estate Assistant Sales Manager, your role involves:
  • Sales Performance Management: Contribute to setting sales goals, monitor team performance, provide coaching, and implement strategies to achieve or surpass targets.
  • Reporting and Communication: Generate sales reports, communicate performance metrics, and share sales strategies with the team and stakeholders.
  • Client Management Relationship: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions. Attend client meetings, skillfully negotiate contracts, and promptly resolve concerns or issues.

Qualifications/Requirements

We expect you to:
  • Have completed a 4-year college course.
  • Have a minimum 1 year sales experience and proven track record
  • Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exhibit good platform / presentation and closing skills.
