Regional Manager is overseeing and coordinating the operations of a company within a specific geographical region, achieving business goals by managing multiple teams, developing sales strategies, building customer relationships, and ensuring consistent performance across all locations within their territory, often including tasks like staff training, budget management, and performance analysis and requiring fluency in Mandarin Chinese to effectively communicate with clients, staff, and partners and to senior professionals in China, Taiwan and other Mandarin speaking counterpart and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead managers and staff across multiple locations within the region.
- Oversee daily operations and ensure that branch/office operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Drive sales growth and business expansion within the region by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and executing sales strategies.
- Manage budgets for the region and ensure that all branches operate within financial guidelines.
- Resolve customer issues or concerns and ensure customer satisfaction across the region.
- Communicate and collaborate with senior professionals and Mandarin-speaking counterparts in China and Taiwan.
