Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management,
Human Resource Development Management, Organizational Psychology, or other related course.
Minimum of 5 years of proven work experience as an HR Assistant Manager, Recruitment Manager or Recruitment Coordinator;
Industry background in big companies
Deep knowledge and background in Recruitment, Labor legislation and HR practices;
Excellent leadership, training and developmental skills;
Strong decision-making skills;
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Expert in labor laws set by governing authorities and organizations
Willing to work full time on site in BGC Taguig
