  • Assistant Manager for Tooling
  • College Graduate/Diploma
  • At least 5 years’ experience in Tooling Fabrication Process and Quality.
  • With experience in Plastic Injection Manufacturing
  • Review and prepares DFM of Approved for production drawing (AFP) / Release for Development (RFD) drawing on Change Revision/Change Notice release by the customer.
  • Able to plan, organize and control all aspects of internal tooling development
  • Investigates and prepares report on mold issues, conducts root cause analysis prior to implementation of corrective action.
  • Propose recommended action on tool repair request and delivery time for tool modifications and repairs
  • Established Tooling procedures for preventive Maintenance monitoring base on customer's requirement
  • Coordinates with tool vendors and suppliers
  • Prepares inspection report and customer Tool Transfer Checklist of newly arrived tools
