  • Assistant Manager for Human Resources
  • Degree/Diploma in Human Resources Management or any relevant
  • With at least 7 years and above experience in relevant field
  • With experience in all facets of HR (Recruitment, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, Training and Development and Timekeeping)
  • Knowledgeable in ISO 9001 & ISO 14001
  • Knowledgeable in Safety and Health and operation
  • Knowledgeable in Payroll software
  • Abreast with Labor Laws and corresponding IRR
  • Knowledgeable in Human Resource and Administration Management
  • Able to liaise with government departments and different organizations
  • Can handle highly confidential and sensitive matter
