• Ensure that all requirements for the new models as to design and improvements are served. Eliminate wastages of time in between process and defect prevention through process validation is considered to achieve customer satisfaction.
•Ensures regular turning out of continuous improvement projects and periodically reports to management for review / approval. Maintains related reports and records accordingly.
• Promotes continuous improvement activities and development of preventive/ corrective actions for the department.
• To contribute to the profitability and growth of the company by managing effectively Production Engineering C&C Group to innovate wire processing operation process thru introduction of improvements.

Qualifications/Requirements

• With extensive experience (minimum of 10 years) in
  manufacturing industry (automotive wiring harness)
• With minimum supervisory role and abilities in the same industry
• Has the strong experience and wide knowledge in Cut & Crimp Section and other wire processing operation
• Can communicate well, fluently speak, read and write
  Japanese
