Key Responsibilities:

Staff Management:
  • Supervising and training staff, including scheduling shifts and assigning tables.
  • Providing feedback on employee performance and addressing any issues.
  • Assisting with recruitment and onboarding new employees.

Customer Service:
  • Ensuring excellent customer service by addressing customer needs and resolving complaints.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized dining environment.
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction and identifying areas for improvement.

Operational Support:
  • Assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies.
  • Managing budgets and financial records.
  • Overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Financial Management:
  • Tracking costs, sales, and losses.
  • Assisting with payroll and other financial tasks.


Qualifications/Requirements

Other Duties:
  • Opening and closing the restaurant.
  • Participating in marketing activities to promote the restaurant.
  • Contributing to the development of team members.
  • Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience in staff supervision and training.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and cost control.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly.
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations.
  • Financial management skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience in the restaurant industry.
